Upgrading petroleum storage is largely a voluntary effort by farmers. EPA regulations dating back to 1972 require secondary containment on all above-ground tanks larger than 660 gallons, drillpressflexshaft or where drillpressflexshaft fuel storage exceeds 1,320 gallons. However, these rules predate 1984 amendments, which don''t mention these requirements. Few states enforce the regulations.Underground tanks larger than 1,100 gallons face drillpressflexshaft more regulations. In 1988, the EPA estimated one fourth of the 1.8 million buried fuel tanks were leaking. Since then, most have been removed or replaced with noncorrosive tanks. Many failures on light-duty tractors simply can''t be repaired, and used machines often can''t be traded in for credit on new equipment. However, light-duty equipment is very popular, largely due to low purchase drillpressflexshaft price. With proper care light-duty equipment can perform useful chores for many years. But beware: Some manufacturers place overpowered motors into drillpressflexshaft light-duty tractors in order to make them more attractive to buyers. This causes stress and strain beyond the tractor''s design limits, resulting in rapid failure of the drivetrain, suspension, steering or other mechanisms. Aban Loyd Chiles Offshore Ltd.
